Noel is a first-time self-published author who was born in Ada, Oklahoma in 1979. She was raised in Oklahoma City and now resides in the Dallas, TX area. She is the middle daughter in both her adoptive and birth families. She has two older sisters and two younger brothers. She loves cooking, dancing, writing, watching movies and spending time with her family.
